It's working fine after reboot.

My iPad got into a weird state where it wouldn't launch or access any apps. I could unlock it, and scroll between home screens and app library, and when I tapped an app icon it would dim, but apps wouldn't launch. App Switcher didn't work. Widgets displayed data but tapping one wouldnt launch the app.

I couldn't even turn the iPad off to reset it. Couldn't open Settings or the slider screen. I had to connect it to my MacBook and use `xcrun devicectl device reboot --device "My iPad"`

@micefearboggis I assume you won’t have to pay any royalties to greedy musicians and songwriters for these summaries. Everybody wins!
