There is also promising project AutonomiDweb, but I haven't seen any users posting content there.

#GM means "Good morning", it's actually from #Nostr culture. #ITM is from #NoAgenda culture I believe, they say "in the morning" because the show starts in the morning.

IDK if #NoAuthority is butthurt exactly, but it's certainly #NAS' replacement since that got shut down.
