    Decentralization is fucking hard.
    It's hard for designers.
    It's hard for developers.
    It's hard for infrastructure runners.
    It's hard. All of it.

    But fighting and arguing doesn't make it any less hard. All it does is divide us and put us against one another.

    We have enough problems trying to change the world and enough adversaries already. We don't need to make ones in our own ecosystem.

    That is just not the way forward.

    Seek solutions.

    Push the conversation forward.

    Discuss things in the open.

    But most importantly.

    Just. Fucking. Build.

    Nostr doesn't need a billion daily active users to matter.

    It needs the right people. It needs builders, advocates, and creators showing up every single day.

    Every great movement started with a handful of people who refused to wait for permission. The early internet had more empty servers than active users. Bitcoin had one node. Nostr has us.

    DAUs don't build protocols. People do.

    While others are chasing metrics, we're building infrastructure. While platforms are optimizing algorithms, we're eliminating the need for platforms entirely.

    Small isn't a weakness. Small is how every important thing starts.

    The purple pill doesn't spread by going viral. We spread it through conviction. One person, one conversation, one "wait, I own my identity?" moment at a time.

    It's not a meme. We ARE early.

    It's wild to watch the AI 2027 short sorry play out in real time. Al 2027 predicted we'd give advanced Al access to classified military networks. That was supposed to be the part where things start going sideways. Today, xAl signed a deal to deploy Grok inside Pentagon classified systems. The story was written 2 years ago. It's not science fiction anymore.

    hey casey. yes, you could use it without nostr. im utilizing nostr for syncing note data though. it's encrypted with the user's private key. it's essentially open source obsidian with ai, productivity features, and syncing built in. if you wanted to sync github or some other method for syncing, you could. i also use nostr for document sharing and publishing.

    ive never met those people. but that could be also because i grew up driving when you had to use a map and print out maps from mapquest or yahoo maps.
