Ah yes, a license specially written to permit turning the software into proprietary software and also being able to incorporate proprietary software into the project.

Looking at the website, it's named after a radioactive element and they call GNU/Linux "Linux" (even with Android in the same sentence) and it's compiled with LLVM - guaranteed proprietary without needing to look further tbh.
