Not keeping patients sedated too long, but charging astronomically too much per hour, and doing slimy stuff like being out-of-network (usually by their choice, because they won't accept fair rates) but partnering with in-network docs, and springing surprise bills on patients.
Solution of course is not to punish the patients but to reign in this bullshit.
