@scott Washington State statewide measure numbers don't start over every year. Ever since moving here, I've wanted California & SF to adopt that numbering scheme, because I get SOOOO confused which prop is which here.
(Also, state bills should have the year included in the bill number. SB35? Nah, should be SB17-0035!)
