pat@ned pattler makes pretty good ones. Good ol German anti-pest tech. I have the model on the pic. They were less than 30 euros shipped. If you can find them in the States, they're definitely worth considering. That being said tho, you don't want them installed in bedroom or anything like that, because they're not entirely outside of human hearing range.
