Stephen Michael Kellat@lnxw37a2 Hesperia is below what NWS is considering a “zone”. For them the lowest level of resolution is “Apple and Lucerne Valleys” which looks like a pretty big reporting area. The FIPS code for Hesperia appears to be 0633434 if you’re wanting to use the API produced by NWS.
