@eniatitova @scott (My employer laid off a few folks a few years ago, and what passed for HR made a point to tell the laid off folks "remember, your non-compete is still in effect" during the meetings where they were told. The one who reported to me, I had separate meetings with them and made clear that the non-competes were morally bullshit, especially because we were laying them off, and legally unenforceable as well, even though HR told them otherwise.)
