I consider race/ethnicity important, because it is the basis of a civilization.

But we need other reality doses too.

Socialism is soul poison, for example. Unions, insurance, and other stuff on the periphery of socialism is bad too.

Religions need to be realistic or they are cults, for another.

Social class, IQ, and hierarchy are important. It's icky but we have to acknowledge it.

For almost everything else, the answer is to accept people as they are and let them find their path to reward as they would in nature.
