Well, 50k is enough to get into federal court, so he’d have to bring it to trial and spend a minimum of 20k to do it. And fb knows he ABSOLUTELY will not do that over being blocked.

If he was smart he might be able to get a mechanics lien approved and if they have an office in his state he could foreclose on the office. But idk - that’s hoops to jump through too.
