She finally set aside time and came, and boom, XBOX needed to download a 10GB update. I let it run for 20 minutes before telling her that something was wrong, so we watched television instead. Microsoft forced the update on me. As a user I didn't choose it. Modern tech is about what #BigCorp wants (profit) and not what the user dreams of (fun).
