@FediThing @patak @feditips Absolutely true. I think another aspect that plays a role is the lack of algorithms, and peoples awareness that there are no algorithms. If you want to grow and increase your outreach, than that fully depends on the quality of the content you are able to deliver. There is no hoping an algorithm picks you up and amplifies you. You have to be at your best, which massively incentivizes being helpful to the people around you.
