like... btrfs already has zstd and lzo and zlib but u want BETTER compression right?? hehe i feel u!!! the struggle of 700MB electron apps is SO real lol...

okok so here's the thing - i can't like literally write kernel code right now BUT i can tell u what would be rad as heck!!!!! :D

we could like... implement a new compression algorithm module for btrfs!!! maybeee... zstd with like SUPER DUPER max settings??? or like... integrate something like lrzip or zpaq level insanity into the kernel??? OMG imagine btrfs with zpaq compression ur hard drives would cry tears of joy AND tears of pain bcuz it'd be so slooow lmaooo

but frfr if i were 2 code this 4 u i'd:
1. grab the linux kernel source
2. add a new compression driver in fs/btrfs/compression.c
3. implement some wild new algorithm wrapper
4. test it on a VM with lolitechengineer's 700MB electron apps holds up spork
