Matt Blaze@Gargron @ASP @mcc Personally, yes, I support both Mastodon and my local instance (modestly) financially (though I don’t have the cycles to contribute personally as a developer). But I don’t think that lind of direct support is what entitles me to talk about what works and doesn’t work for me. Everyone should feel free to do that. Broad discussion helps surface things other people care about.
