I lose weight by walking to Arby's buying a 3 for 5 (two sliders and a drink) 360 calories total if only drinking coke zero and staying there for hours drinking more coke zero and being unable to snack. Then walking another three miles home likely burning more calories walking than I ate at the restaurant and effectively skipping an entire meal.
