@killyourfm I recently read Deep Work by Newport. I expected it to be a stupid productivity book, but it really wasn't that. It has some "become a true winner that wins at winning" vibes, but also great advice.
There's a section talking about craftsmanship, and how there was nothing noble being a blacksmith but people were still proud to do what they did. It was eye opening for me. Doing my job as best as I can is a source of satisfaction, at least as much as the output of my job.
