Lady Errant@dalias @sidereal @nullagent But do you control the baseband firmware? Can you stop it from getting updates pushed to it? You say rooted, fine, but it is running Play Services? If so then google can push apps or remove them. They can pull your location, even from the baseband. If you think rooting gives you ownership over that hardware I'm sorry to tell you but thats an illusion.
