"If we have seen farther than others, it is because we have seen this shit happen over and over again without fail."
> My guess is the QE money dried up in 2023 and all these parasite CIA fronts were told they had to get into the black on their own.
It's plausible: October 7, 2023, was what gave Israel its pretext. So we pull out of the poppy fields in Afghanistan just ahead of Gaza turning to glass: Hamas did the processing and wholesale, and there's no reason to stick around if the entire distribution chain is going to collapse. This (and Chinese fentanyl) had to affect the CIA's budget.
> Even Netflix's 'profits' are a lie, they spend every penny making more shows to prevent the user attrition that rapidly sets in if the new content stops flowing.
Yeah, and it's got to be (1) exclusive content that (2) people haven't seen. A lot of their new stuff has completely flopped. The Cowboy Bebop thing got my ex to cancel Netflix. (I had been banging on that door a long time but it wasn't until Netflix blew scat all over one of her favorite shows.)
But Netflix has started letting people play Fruit Ninja...inside Netflix. Assuming it's aimed at slowing attrition, it isn't going to help, I think: stupid "match the color" gem games are on the cell phone and Netflix is on in the background, some awful K-drama or whatever. Nobody's gonna ignore their kids to play Punch the Monkey on the big screen.
