Not exactly. That's a very new position and is more in line with liberation theology (libtarded Christianity) than actual faith. Sojourners sure— a person passing through or a legitimately temporary person is a guest.

It's ancient wisdom man. Revenge does feel good, but it's been recognized to be harmful for thousands of years by most civilized cultures. The larger point is that we're not the authority to make judgement calls on things like life or death and to defer to the real authority (sovereign and God).
