It's all crap especially the artificial ones. Stevia is the least of them but still meh. You'll probably get similar results to eating sugar minus the calories. I do not know if this pertains to regular use or if occasional also triggers the reaction in people however. You on keto or something? Then definitely don't use it, because you'll get out of keto if I recall correctly.
