@whitequark if the tech industry wasn't basically a giant scam/casino I would be saying that all the trans girls who are really smart and talented with tech but can't find jobs should just form some kinda startup, but it seemingly is only possible to be successful in this industry being a failson flimflam guy selling snake oil
