@Aether I'm not sure if they use an "open source development model".
The AGPLv3 is not an "open source" license;
"The GNU Affero General Public License is a free, copyleft license for software and other kinds of works, specifically designed to ensure cooperation with the community in the case of network server software."
It does not contain the word "open" either; https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.en.html
They did not state it is free software or whether the license is AGPLv3-only or AGPLv3-or-later and therefore their intentions are suspect.
