@sun again i never see it refer to anything, so idk whom you hang around who uses the phrase wrong. how @meso describes it is mostly how i use it and see it used, overlapping the term "reply guy" heavily since they often exhibit that behaviour which ends up getting them called out. they could be less obnoxious and lurk moar around the people who get real work done
