@Xenophon @lord_nougat @BowsacNoodle Parallel point worth mentioning; while Western Christianity is outwardly quite similar to Eastern Orthodoxy, the mainstream Roman Catholic Ecclesiology affirms “the Church” as that Communion that shares the Chalice with the Bishop of Rome, hence why True Orthodoxy refers to it as “Papism”, and a fundamental error. By contrast, Traditional Orthodoxy is a Communion of Faith - that is, the Ekklesia is comprised of the Body of Believers-in the True Faith. Huge difference; appearances aside.
