The asymmetry around 56.4 MHz (much steeper below resonance than above) is surprising. I can't explain it.

It's even more puzzling that you've come up short; the usual problem is to overestimate the VF caused by the insulation and to then have to shorten it. You need to lengthen to get the resonant frequency down.
