treating the democratic party as empty vessel and drop kicking the spineless centrists out is easier than new party

hogg's approach is correct

a new party means we divide the left and the GOP wins

we're not a parliamentary democracy or ranked choice voting

so if 35% vote for awesome 3rd party, 25% vote for dems, and 40% for GOP, it's 60% vs the GOP... but the GOP wins

we *have* to reform the dems, because of our stupid voting system
