@Robert_Edwardly @Jens_Rasmussen The top half is either me or controlled by me, the "Uberpussian Military Junta". A fanatically authoritarian, mildly militarist empire whose founding stock are ascendant clone soldiers that can only grow out to 100 pops.. and have been RELUCTANTLY allowing a few other species to be residents to do certain jobs, but everyone else within has been turned into nerve stapled slaves.

The usual meta for ascendant clone soldiers is to go psionic, but that would've caused most of the pops to eventually slide to being spiritualist which would break the "Oppressive Autocracy" civic, and I don't want to do that for really RP reasons I guess.

Once I have the tech to make my robots fully sapient, everyone except my founding stock of supersoldier catgirls and robot maids will be rendered into nerve stapled retards.

I would make some of them into nerve stapled literal cattle but to be able to eat xenos you have to be a little bit xenophobic, which I find lame but whatever.
