@KeepTakingTheSoma @HebrideanHecate nope its mass immigration and leaving people to rot on council estates, it started in the 1980s, they dumped all the unwanted on our estates, that culture has spread outwards into the wider cities, they can't ignore it anymore, no one cared when it was just happening on estates the rich didn't live there.
