I wonder if it pissed off anybody from the Voyager cast when Ethan Phillips took a role on Enterprise. I've heard stories about how when they were still trying to film the VOY series finale that they were tearing down sets and starting work on building the Enterprise sets already before the actors were even finished. Some of them felt some kind of way about this.
