- Embed this notice@SuperDicq @hj @lain @lucy @meso @yomiel I wouldn't put antifreeze that contains corrosive substances in a car unless you are okay with your engine cooling channels rusting out.
If you're in an area that never even approaches 0°C, plain deminerlised/deionised water will work fine, although the performance of that isn't great, as it boils at 100°C.
The lucky star oil was SAE grade and was intended for crappy cars and it didn't blow up any of those engines.
Some genius did decide to buy years old らき☆すた oil (and it seems the scent eventually does break down the oil - as you can see it's orange instead of red) that was also too thin of a grade for his "sports" engine and surprise, surprise it blew up.
