There is no McWeenian economist anywhere in power and there never will be. No school of economic thought has ever been applied in earnest. The economy has problems because bad actors keep scamming everyone and you need to put them in jail, not invent a combined Bragg-Goldwasser equilibrium model to harden the markets.
