I think this process was purposefully architected to maximize racial strife and resentment, particularly among white and black populations within North America. Strategically hire blacks over whites for competitive corporate positions, fostering a sense of ethnic ego among blacks and resentment among whites. Spend years widening this systemic "privilege" gap as much as possible while talking down to the whites as if they still hold even a fraction of the institutional influence they once did. Eventually, you end up with two groups of people who fucking despise each other, and it's only a matter of time before a member of one group attacks the other and you can spin it whatever which way you want as you exploit the crisis to expand your own political power and the expense of the rights of those you swore to represent.
