Jon@evan It's good that you're lookingn for this and see it as a blocker ... if you want to get things off on the right foot, offer to pay people for their time, and commit to having a diverse leadership. Otherwise it's likely to look to people who don't know you as you're a bunch of white people expecting BIPOC to help you for free.
