Until eventually updates are enabled again via the backdoor and you need to download a new script and run that again and hope it doesn't contain proprietary malware.

Prohibited copies tend to have patches made to such, but usually such patch developers add more proprietary malware in.

I guess the "Pro" and "LTSC" editions get less broken updates pushed (the "home" versions get to do the testing first).
