They've gotten so much better than they used to be, although the idea still leaves a poor taste in my mouth from remembering how bad they once were in the mobile arena. If your pickings are slim, though, I understand the sentiment to get an iPhone: you know it will do the thing it says it will do. For example, I ended up buying an iPhone 5S in China after my run-in with Xiaomi and it reliably worked for me over there. @parker @pettanko
