i did a hell watch on rian doris' channel and he's talking about personal productivity but some of his corporate stuff seeps in and i'm just like :gutkato_pensas: he talks about turfing people based on vibes and hiring top performers.

like i get that competing over a pool of superwinners is hard, but somebody has to train these knobs.
