RISC-V boards are still insanely difficult to find, ThinkPad X200 is also insanely hard to find and if you find one they'll want to have a lot of "money" for it too, and PINE64's hardware seems to be the closest to free hardware, but are still not entirely blob-free (especially when it comes to WiFi and/or 4G).
