@sun leaving all else aside basically we don't have a federal government that can just say "we go to war now", and individual countries will not say "we go to war now", it all has to be coordinated

NATO would be the mechanism for this but it's now considered subverted, so what will seemingly happen is that something akin to an EU army will be formed, excluding nations like turkey or hungary that are not really loyal to our cause, values and interests
