@GreenSkyOverMe @JeremyMallin When capitalism collapses in the USA, some of the individual states will most likely descend further into barbarism and feudalism, run by self-appointed warlords using stockpiles of guns and ammunition to extract whatever scraps of wealth or value the oligarchs left behind after looting the nation. Other places, like the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, should continue to survive under our strong and enlightened Governor Maura Healey.

I expect other nations to choose the Euro, Yen, or Renminbi as their new reserve currency. Meanwhile, the oligarchs, flush with stolen wealth from collapsed USA economy will continue the process of looting other nations, such as Canada, the UK, and other Commonwealth countries. It is not the collapse of US capitalism that will bring down capitalism elsewhere; it is the oligarchs’ insatiable hunger for wealth that will do so.
