One school I worked in was saturated with women who behaved this way. Two of them in particular would use every staff meeting to outdo everyone else and stir the pot. At one meeting some *consultants* were invited, let them virtue signal and then publicly tore them down. Nobody came to their rescue because of what they had done to everyone else.
