@wishgranter14 had a good idea - Instant deportation to Africa. I will add to that, nigger goes in slick. No ID, no money, nothing to trace him to where he came from. All of his records in the USA get filed in a dark hole that only gets opened if he somehow manages to make it back to the USA.
