Steve's Place@dgar There is a chance that one or the other CPUs were damaged by using them without a particular update I vaguely recall reading about. If I'm right, I think both of those generations are vulnerable. If, after new BIOS and microcode (if needed), either device still crashes as described, I'd consider replacing its CPU.
