Men need some estrogen, but not much. Testosterone could be way higher without much negative effect as long as aromatase (converting enzyme) is kept in check. My bet is that if you look, most Whites also have lower aromatase levels. It's why they tend to build and look "dryer" than blacks. Estrogen will cause some additional "bloat" that can make muscles look more pronounced.
