it's not a thing to quit smoking and the nicotine kick you get from it is often much much stronger.
when i was 16 we went on a class trip and many of my classmates bought snus in order to dodge the smoke detectors and one guy had to lay down for 15 minutes after taking one and he was basically not too responsive
