Adrianna Tan@Jackiemauro a lot of southern Chinese food is no sweets ever, so sweets at any time is kind of hard. I’ve grown to like a pastry but only if it is exceptionally good. I would do an Arsicault pastry but not a Tartine, also feels like American style pastries are just too much and too sweet and large.
