>it was a Rothschild that wanted milk pasteurized.
There's lots of people who want milk pasteurized : ie people who have lost family members to preventable disease passed on by raw milk. And people like https://www.threads.net/@kazorreo/post/DDIGZ-CRDDD
> deadmilk is inflammatory and has very few health benefits...
This is wrong. It contains calcium and vitamins. Pasteurizing milk doesn't "disactivate" iron or calcium, the above meme is a lie.
> raw milk has the good bacteria to balance the bad,
H5N1 is not a bacteria.
> and soooo many essential vitamins and minerals.
Which you get out of pasteurized milk.
generally: outside of vitamin B1 this is a non-issue:
quote
> What about other nutrients, like vitamins? A systematic review and meta-analysis inclusive of 40 different studies concluded that minor losses there was a statistically significant decrease only in vitamin B1, but this is not clinically relevant because our major dietary sources of vitamin B1 (also called thiamin) are through grains, meats, and fish. https://news.immunologic.org/p/raw-milk-is-not-safe-to-drink-and
> it tastes amazing too.
This might be true...except double blind taste tests will show you that what you are actually enjoying tasting is *fat*. You just want to drink milk without the fat removed.
> also iodine,
Also not removed in pasteurization.
> fake viruses on the news are gay.
H5N1 is not a "fake virus", it is a real virus that is killing hundreds of millions of birds, and making cattle and pigs sick.
But what are other "fake viruses"?? H3N2? H1N1?? HIV??
> Just my humble opinion ✌🏻
In some cases your opinion is flat out wrong here.
