     This is wrong. It contains calcium and vitamins. Pasteurizing milk doesn't "disactivate" iron or calcium, the above meme is a lie.

     I drink it daily. it was a Rothschild that wanted milk pasteurized. his second of 3 public speeches was pushing it. deadmilk is inflammatory and has very few health benefits... raw milk has the good bacteria to balance the bad, and soooo many essential vitamins and minerals. it tastes amazing too. also iodine, such an essential healing mineral that cures thyroid issues and mood/hormone imbalance is present in raw! fake viruses on the news are gay. Just my humble opinion ✌🏻... I shall carry on.

     im staying away from raw milk , for now .. it isnt convenient to obtain anyway.. but we have a reputable store called Braums.. their dairy is beyond reproach

     @maggiew @CrustyBurgerhead raw milk is a really, really bad idea to drink rn -- h5n1 is a threat to basically no one who doesn't have sex with / work with animals (or people who work / have sex with animals) except for people who drink raw milk
