@dalias All true - but I don't think those edgelord dipshits are who we need to be communicating towards; no matter what they're told, they'll find some bullshit gymnastics to reject it.

The challenge is the "benefit of the doubt" crowd, who also tend to be the kind of people who, if told his grandpappy was a Nazi, will immediately be like "But that doesn't mean HE is a Nazi", adding an unnecessary extra "No, but he is" layer of explanation.

Personal history is complex, being a Nazi isn't.
