@selzero I don't know how well you are acquainted with the Act or its reach and proposed policing. I have seen other admins of other instances wrestling with the imagined consequences.

For example, if you allow pornography the Act applies to you. If you came to the attention of the authorities they might insist that you age verify every user (which has a cost attached). There are further possible ramifications (i.e. that you might ban porn but Syzito is still a portal to ANY fediverse porn).
